TANG FRUIT SALAD 
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
Juice from a 20 oz. can pineapple tidbits
1 can pineapple
Mandarin oranges
Any fresh fruit available (grapes, strawberries, cantaloupe, blueberries, melons, bananas)
1/4 c. powdered Tang

Use the dry pudding mix and mix with the pineapple juice. Add the other ingredients. (The bananas do not discolor, but if the salad stands for a while, they have a tendency to get a little "mushy.")
