8 lg. flour tortillas
2 lbs. Velveeta jalapeno cheese
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can ripe olives, chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped
Melt Velveeta cheese and spread generously on the tortillas. Soften the cream cheese in the microwave for a minute and mix with the green chilies, ripe olives, and green onions; spread mixture over melted cheese. You'll have to work fast. Roll up the tortillas; wrap in foil and freeze to make them set. Then slice crosswise into bite-size pieces.
