CREAMY CUCUMBER SALAD 
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 med. cucumbers, thinly sliced and peeled
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced and separated into rings

Mix all. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours. 7 servings, about 1/2 cup each.
