GEORGIA COCONUT PIE 
2 c. sugar
1 stick butter, melted
4 eggs
2 heaping tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 or more c. Angel Flake coconut
2 tsp. vanilla
2 unbaked pie shells

Mix sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour and milk together in large bowl. Add vanilla and coconut. Pour into 2 unbaked pie shells. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Turn oven down to 375 degrees and bake another 2-530 minutes or until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out with just a little coating on it. If you cook until nothing is on knife, it will be too dry.
