UGLY POTATOES 
8 to 9 lg. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon, crumbled
1/2 c. real mayonnaise
Onion, dried or fresh
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
Salt & pepper to taste

Wash and scrub potatoes. Cook with peelings on. Cool and chunk potatoes with peelings. Add crumbled bacon, mayonnaise, onion, Velveeta cheese, cut in chunks and salt and pepper to taste. Let set in refrigerator for at least 6 hours. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts and potatoes are hot.
