CANDIED CHICKEN 
4 pieces chicken (breasts or legs and thighs)
1 can sliced carrots
4 pads butter (2 tbsp.)
Brown sugar
Cinnamon

Either bake or boil chicken until done. Remove chicken from bone. Make layer of chicken on bottom of casserole dish. Drain liquid off of carrots and make layer with carrots; place pads of butter/butter. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon to taste.
