CORN CHIP CHILI CASSEROLE 
3 c. (or more) corn chips
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 (15 oz.) can chili (with beans)
American cheese (or your favorite) grated

Cover the bottom of a baking dish with corn chips. Arrange chopped onion and layer of grated cheese. Pour heated chili over onions and cheese. Top with remaining corn chips and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes or piping hot. Serves 6.
