2 c. cabbage, cooked (leftover cabbage will work)
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Chop up cabbage in a chopper, add egg, flour and baking powder. Drop mixture onto a hot pancake griddle about 2 tablespoons 1 inch apart. They will look like small pancakes. Serve hot.
