JELLO AND CREAM CHEESE PIE 
1 env. sugar free Jello, any flavor
1/2 c. boiling water
4 oz. cream cheese
Sugar substitute equivalent to 1/4 c. sugar
6 tbsp. evaporated milk, whipped
1 baked pie shell

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Cool until it just begins to set. Cream together cheese and sugar substitute. Add Jello. Mix well. Whip milk according to directions on the can. Fold whipped milk into Jello mixture. Pour filling into the baked crust. Chill several hours or overnight.
