|500 DEGREE CHICKEN|
1 whole fryer
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. sesame oil
Salt and pepper
Mix the two oils and rub the cavity and outside of fryer. Sprinkle and rub salt, pepper, and MSG inside and outside of chicken.
Line pan with foil; oil foil well so chicken does not stick. Place chicken in pan. DO NOT COVER.
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Roast chicken for 1/2 hour. Reduce heat to 450 degrees; roast for 1/2 hour more. Carve and serve.
