EASY PORK CHOP & CABBAGE DINNER 
9 or 10 pork chops
1 head of cabbage, cut up
1 (46 oz.) tomato juice (I prefer V-8)
1 lg. onion, cut up

Brown chops in 2 pans. Add onions and season to taste. In a 5-quart kettle alternate layers of cabbage and pork chops (beginning with cabbage). Add tomato juice. Cover and simmer on stove for about 2 hours. Serves 6.
