IRISH "MISTERY" CHICKEN 
4 thin slices baked ham, cut in half
4 whole chicken breasts, split and deboned
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. Irish mist
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
Wild rice, cooked

Arrange slices of ham in 8 x 12 inch baking dish. On each ham slice, place a chicken breast, skin side up. Mix next 4 ingredients and spoon over chicken, covering completely. Bake in preheated 300 degree oven for 1 1/2 hour. Serve over bed of wild rice with sauce.
