REMOULADE SAUCE FOR OYSTERS 
1/2 c. olive or salad oil
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/3 c. horseradish mustard
1/3 c. tarragon vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. paprika
2 tbsp. catsup
1 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely minced

Combine all ingredients; chill. Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups sauce.
