3 HOLE CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
5 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. vinegar
1 c. water

Mix the entire recipe by hand.

Mix the following dry ingredients; flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Put three separate holes in the bowl of the dry ingredients. Then mix the following liquid ingredients; oil, vanilla, vinegar and water. Pour the liquid ingredients into the holes of the dry ingredient mixture. Mix all together. Pour in greased and floured 8 x 10 inch cake pan or 12 cupcake holders. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
