2 lb. round steak, tenderized
1 tbsp. vinegar
10 oz. glass water
Flour and brown steak quickly in small amount of cooking oil, just enough to barely cover bottom of pan. After all steak has been browned, put sliced onion in pan with grease that the steak was cooked in and brown them. Add vinegar to water and pour in skillet with onion. Return steak to skillet and simmer for about 20 minutes.
