HOT DOG SAUCE 
2 mangoes
1 stalk celery
3 med. onions
3 tsp. celery salt
2 qt. water
3 lbs. hamburg
2 tsp. powdered red pepper
3 tbsp. paprika
1 box chili powder (1.5 oz.)
2 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. black pepper

Grind or blend first 5 ingredients. Brown remaining ingredients in oil; mix altogether. Boil slow for 4 hours. Ready to use or freeze.
