BBQ BEEF STEW 
2 lb. beef stew
2 tbsp. Mazola oil
1 can beef broth
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. mustard, prepared
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Dash Tabasco
1/2 tsp. salt & pepper
2 onions, diced
1 sm. green pepper, cut
1 can diced mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour

In skillet, brown beef in oil. Add soup and next 6 ingredients. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 hours. Add onions, pepper, mushrooms and simmer another hour until tender. Thicken. Beef cubes or consomme can be used instead of beef broth.
