2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen carrots
1/2 stick (or 4 tbsp.) butter
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. honey
1 (20 oz.) can crushed unsweetened pineapple, including juice
Mix all ingredients except carrots together. Bring to a boil until slightly thickened.
Cook carrots in boiling water 5 minutes. Drain and add to the above mixture. Cook together for 10 minutes. Serves 10 or 12.
