BROCCOLI CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lg. head of broccoli OR
2 pkgs. frozen, thawed (bags)
1/2 cube butter
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 eggs
1 can cream of celery soup
3 tbsp. green onion, chopped
1 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Ritz crackers
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Cut up broccoli, then mix all ingredients and put in 13 x 9 inch pan. Melt 1/2 cube butter and mix with 1 whole stack Ritz crackers, crushed. Add 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. garlic powder. Stir with fork; place on top of broccoli mixture. Bake 15 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
