1/2 lb. lean ground beef
3 tbsp. taco seasoning
1 can bean dip
1 c. shredded Montery Jack cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. shredded lettuce
1 c. chopped tomato
1 c. guacamole
1 lg. bag white nacho chips

Brown ground beef, add 1/2 cup water and taco seasoning, simmer for 15 minutes. In glass oven proof dish (12 inch round) spread bean dip, sprinkle jack cheese on bean dip. Spread beef over jack cheese, on top of beef sprinkle Cheddar cheese.

Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes or microwave on high for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese melts. Remove from oven place lettuce around edge of dish, place tomato in circle inside lettuce, in center place guacamole with sour cream on top. Serve with corn chips.
