2 lg. apples, peeled & sliced thin
2 cans refrigerator crescent rolls
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 med. orange (juice & grated rind)
Unroll and separate crescents and slice in half, making 32 triangles. Place 3 or 4 apple slices on widest point of crescent and roll up. Stand rolls on end in 8 x 8 inch baking pan. Pour orange juice in pan around rolls. Drizzle with butter. Mix cinnamon, sugar and 1 teaspoon orange rind grated together. Sprinkle on top and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
