PEAR PIE CRUMBLE 
Pare and slice 6 medium Bartlett pears into a 9 inch crust. Combine 3 tablespoons lemon juice, 1/2 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, and 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel. Sprinkle over pears.

Combine 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/4 cup butter. Sprinkle this crumb topping over the pie.

Bake in a 400 degree oven for 25 minutes, or until pears are tender.
