60 MINUTE ENGLISH MUFFIN LOAF 
6 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 pkg. rapid rise yeast
2 c. milk
1/2 c. water
Cornmeal

Set aside 1 cup flour. Combine dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Heat liquids to very warm (125 to 130). Add to dry mixture; beat well. Stir in reserved flour to make a STIFF batter. Spoon into two 8x2x4-1/2 inch or 9x5 inch loaf pans that have been greased and sprinkled with cornmeal. Sprinkle tops with cornmeal. Cover and let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from pans immediately and cool.
