OVEN SMOKED BRISKET 
4 lbs. brisket
2 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. cavender seasoning
Pepper to taste
2 oz. liquid smoke

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use heavy-duty, 18 inch aluminum foil, 24 inches long. Place brisket in foil and pour liquid smoke over it. Sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic salt, and cavender seasoning on top. Lay one more 24 inch piece of foil over brisket and seal on all sides. Cook for 3 1/2 hours.
