1 box Ready Crusts
Shredded Swiss cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. half and half
Salt and pepper to taste
Mix eggs, half and half, salt and pepper. Cut ready crusts into circles small enough to fit mini muffin pans. (Small round cookie cutter works great.) Line muffin pan with crust and fill with bacon bits, cheese and egg mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 24 minutes. Variation: Mushrooms, peppers or onions. Makes 36 to 40.
