BANANA PINEAPPLE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. diced bananas, very ripe
1 c. nuts (optional)

Measure and sift dry ingredients together. Add diced bananas to dry ingredients. Add oil, eggs, vanilla and pineapple. Stir just enough to blend. Bake in 9 inch tube pan or Bundt pan, 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool in pan.
