MOLHO SAUCE FOR BRAZILIAN BEANS AND
RICE
 
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2-3 tomatoes, chopped
1/4 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Salt and pepper
Water

Chop onion, green pepper and tomatoes into small pieces. Add vinegar, oil and spices to taste. Add enough water to take away the strong vinegar taste. Chopped hot pepper may be added. One or two tablespoons of molho is served on top of the beans and rice.
