CHICKEN AND RICE 
Uncooked, long grain rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup
Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1 whole chicken, skinned
French fried onion rings

Mix in 13 x 9 pan; rice, mushroom soup, water, onion soup mix. Cut up chicken and place on top of rice mixture. Bake covered for 2 hours at 325 degrees. Top with shredded Monterey Jack and crushed onion rings. Put back in oven until cheese melts.
