MILK DUD TORTE 
TORTE:

6 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed Holland Rusk
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

TOPPING:

Milk Duds (about 40)
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 pkgs. Dream Whip

Zwieback toast can also be used.

Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy, about 5 minutes; add nuts and vanilla. Mix in Holland rusk, baking powder and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff; fold into mixture. Pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Melt Milk Duds with milk in double boiler; add powdered sugar; cool. Prepare Dream Whip according to package directions; spread over cooled cake. Dribble Milk Dud mixture over Dream Whip topping; refrigerate.
