PIE CRUST IN MICROWAVE 
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. shortening
5 tbsp. cold water

Mix salt and flour. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender. Sprinkle over cold water, mixing with fork until dough holds together. Divide into two balls. Roll out each on floured board. Place in 9 inch pie plate. Poke with fork. Microwave 7-9 minutes turning it 1/4 every 3 minutes.
