CHINESE MEAT MARINADE 
1 c. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Can be used on chicken wings, spareribs or sirloin tips (3-5 pounds).

Combine all ingredients. Marinate for 24 hours. Cook meat in marinade at 375 degrees for 1/2 hour. Drain off liquid. Cook an additional 1/2 hour at 375 degrees.
