|BROCCOLI CAULIFLOWER CASSEROLE|
1 pkg. frozen cauliflower
1 pkg. frozen broccoli
3/4 stick butter
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 stick butter
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Butter medium casserole dish. Cook vegetables according to directions. Drain. Place in prepared casserole dish.
Melt 3/4 stick butter and brown crumbled Ritz crackers. Stir constantly over low flame. Set aside.
Melt Velveeta, 2 tablespoons milk and 1/2 stick of butter together. Stir constantly. Pour over vegetables. Spread cracker crumbs over top. Cover and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
