24-HOUR COLESLAW 
1 med. head cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion, diced
1 med. green pepper

DRESSING:

1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed
1/2 to 1 tsp. dry mustard

Combine the shredded cabbage, diced onion and pepper. Boil dressing mix for 3 minutes and pour hot dressing over vegetables. Cover tightly; refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally.
