1 lb. lg. shrimp
1 stick butter
1 c. white wine (optional)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Black pepper, to taste
4 lg. cloves garlic
1 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
Chopped parsley, dry or fresh

Crush garlic in bowl and add olive oil. Mix together and set aside. Wash and place shrimp in an oblong baking dish. Sprinkle liberally with black pepper and sprinkle with salt. Dot tops of shrimp with butter. Add olive oil, garlic, wine, lemon juice and sprinkle parsley on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until shrimp are cooked. Serve with hot French bread and green salad. The juice is delicious. Shrimp do not have to be deheaded.
