EGG & SAUSAGE BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. pork sausage, brown & drain well
2 1/4 c. milk
10-12 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 c. white bread cubes (3-4 slices)

In a large bowl beat together milk, eggs, mustard and salt. Mix in the meat, cheese and bread. Pour into 9"x13" buttered baking dish, cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes until knife comes clean. Recipe can be halved. You can also use cooked crumbled bacon or diced ham in place of sausage.
