HEAVENLY POTATO CASSEROLE 
8 lg. potatoes, peeled, boiled, drained & mashed
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
6 slices of bacon (crisp fried & broken into sm. pieces) (or you can use real Hormel pieces)
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. mustard
Salt & pepper to taste
1 tbsp. butter
Paprika for top

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat cream cheese with sour cream. Beat in hot potatoes until smooth. Add mustard, bacon, salt and pepper. Mix well. Turn mixture into lightly greased casserole dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake 55 minutes.
