SHEPHERD'S PIE 
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tbsp. melted Crisco
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 c. catsup
1 c. water
1 1/2 - 2 c. vegetables, cooked and drained
Dash pepper
3 c. hot mashed potatoes

Saute hamburger, onion in Crisco until browned and tender. Drain. Sprinkle in next 4 ingredients. Stir in catsup, water and vegetables. Combine well and cook until thickens.

Divide mixture into six 10 ounce baking dishes or one 2 quart casserole. Top with potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Place under broiler to brown or bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
