|OVEN FRIED CHICKEN|
1/2 c. lowfat milk
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1. Remove skin from chicken.
2. Mix bread crumbs, salt, paprika, pepper and cheese.
3. Dip chicken in milk; coat with bread crumb mixture.
4. Place chicken in shallow pan (sprayed with Pam)
Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Turn and bake for 30 to 40 minutes longer.
