BREAKFAST SOUFFLE 
1 1/2 lbs. mild pork sausage
9 eggs, slightly beaten
3 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
3 slices white bread (cut in 1/4 inch cubes)
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated

Brown crumbled sausage and drain. Mix eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Stir in bread, sausage and cheese. Pour into a greased 13x9x2 pan. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour.
