BAKED POTATOES ELEGANTE 
6 baking potatoes
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. onion salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Bake potatoes at 375 degrees for 70 to 80 minutes or until done. Cut slice from top of each. Scoop out insides; mash. Add sour cream and rest of ingredients. Beat until smooth and fluffy.

Fill potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes or until heated through. Serve on platter garnished with parsley. I also make these a day ahead or early in day. Just heat and serve.
