PA. DUTCH HAM LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. fresh pork ground
1 1/2 lb. ham ground
Parsley
2 eggs
1 c. cream
1 c. crumbs (bread or crackers)

Add a dash of salt and pepper. Mix and shape into a long thin loaf. Spread mixture of brown sugar and mustard over top. Bake uncovered 300 degrees for about 2 1/2 hours.
