APPLESAUCE JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 (1 lb.) can applesauce
1 c. 7-Up
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Put applesauce in saucepan. Bring to boil. Dissolve Jello in boiling sauce, add 7-Up and lemon juice. Pour into mold or square pan. Serves 5-6.

Variations: Orange or raspberry Jello, cranberry sauce, 7-Up and lemon juice.
