LAMB SHISH KABOB 
2 lb. leg of lamb
1 tbsp. oregano
2 c. red wine
3 lemons
8 sm. onions
8 sm. potatoes
1 sm. can ripe olives

Cut lamb into cubes and soak for six (6) hours in 2 cups of red wine, juice of 1 lemon and a tablespoon of oregano. In skewers, alternate thin lemon slices, cubes of meat, onions, tomatoes and olives. Place skewers in meat pan and pour n the juice in which you soaked meat. Broil until meat and onions are brown.
