1 lg. head cabbage
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 box chicken flavored Rice-a-Roni
2 (16 oz.) jars chunky spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown beef and drain. Prepare Rice-a-Roni as directed on package. Boil cabbage whole and covered. Pull off leaves as they loosen. Mix Rice-a-Roni and beef in bowl. Spoon 3 heaping tablespoons of mixture into each leaf, then roll up. Pour some of the spaghetti sauce into a large baking dish. Line cabbage rolls in dish. Pour spaghetti sauce over them. Bake 35 minutes at 375 degrees. Can be frozen. Yield: 16 cabbage rolls.
