BISQUICK BANANA MUFFINS 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine all ingredients and beat until well blended. Pour into paper lined muffin tins.

Bake at 300°F until light brown. Don't over cook.

Makes 14 medium sized muffins.
