SUPER MOIST LEMON CAKE 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
4 eggs

TOPPING MIXTURE:

2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/3 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. warm water
2 tbsp. cooking oil

Follow directions on cake mix box, except add 4 eggs instead of what the box recipe calls for. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.

While cake is baking, mix topping mixture ingredients together.

Immediately, after cake comes out of the oven, prick holes all over the top of the cake with a fork, then pour topping mixture over the cake. Let the cake cool completely before removing it from the pan. Loosen tube sides with spatula then turn upside down on a plate or rack and remove from pan. Then put another plate on bottom of cake and turn it right side up. Do not frost.
