LUMBERJACK CHILI 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 (20 oz.) can tomatoes
1 can red kidney beans (optional)
1-2 tsp. chili powder
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
1/2 c. water

Cook onion and beef in skillet until browned. Drain. Stir in tomatoes, tomato sauce, beans, spices, and water. Heat to boiling. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
