CEDRIC CASSEROLE 
Saute 1 medium chopped onion in 3 tablespoons butter. Add, heating well, but not browning:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. coarsely shredded cabbage
10 1/2 oz. can tomato soup

Spread in 2-quart baking dish. Pour tomato soup over mixture. Cover, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
