CHICKEN A LA PARIS 
2 whole chickens
2 cans mushroom soup
1 can mushrooms
8 oz. sour cream
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. white wine or sherry

Cut chickens into desired pieces. Lay flat in pan skin side up. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over chicken. Sprinkle generously with paprika. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours.
