CASSEROLE FOR A CROWD 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 (12 oz.) can corn
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped pimento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 c. cooked macaroni

TOPPING:

1 c. toasted bread crumbs
1 stick butter, melted

Brown ground beef and onion. Stir in next 9 ingredients; mix well. Pour into 2 greased 2 quart casserole. Toss crumbs and butter together. Sprinkle over casseroles. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. 12 servings.
